TagBO: LLM-Driven Task-Aware Graph Bayesian Optimization for Scientific Discovery

What this work does

TagBO extracts coarse task-aware relationships from LLM reasoning and combines them with structural descriptors inside a graph-based Bayesian-optimization representation. Experiments target mixed categorical and continuous chemistry and materials searches under limited evaluation budgets.
